Cancellation Policy: You may reschedule at any time up to 48 hours prior to the training class. Registrations cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the training class are non–refundable. Substitutions can be made at any time prior to the course date.
In the event of a course cancellation, FQO Hazmat Training’s sole responsibility is to refund the amount paid or reschedule, at our discretion. FQO Hazmat Training, Inc. assumes no responsibility for loss of travel or other expenses.

You will receive an e–mail confirmation of your registration status, followed by an invoice. Please review our Cancellation Policy above.
